Mini Blimp Sapphire Ring in Silver from Mars.

 

A narrow bulbous ring with a mirror surface, complete with an oval sapphire shouldered by a sapphire and diamond. Hand carved in wax before casting in solid sterling silver  using the lost wax process making each ring unique.
